Charging Cable Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Streetfleet Pty Ltd trading as YouNovate (the Promoter) is offering participants of the Promotion a chance to receive a Type 2 to Type 2 7kW Electric Vehicle Charging Cable RRP AU$189 (the Prize). By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry
To enter the Promotion, the customer must sign up for a new novated lease with the Promoter via YouNovate or younovate.au, between the 1st of September 2024 and the 30th of September 2024. Customer must settle a new novated lease contract.
Exclusions
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Entrants must be Australian residents.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter. Current customers of StreetFleet are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
Drawing, Notification and Claiming
The Prize will be awarded to all new customers not excluded in the above clause who settle a novated lease contract between the 1st of September 2024 and the 30th of September 2024. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
The Prize will be delivered to the customer upon successful delivery of their leased vehicle. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer if the contract is forfeited.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The Prize cannot be transferred to another recipient.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
The Promoter will only contact you via registered phone numbers, domains, or social media channels. The Promoter is not responsible for any outcomes arising from communications with other channels.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
Gift Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Streetfleet Pty Ltd trading as YouNovate (the Promoter) is offering participants of the Promotion a chance to win a VISA Gift Card to the value of $300 (the Prize). By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry
To enter the Promotion, the customer must request a quote via the form on https://younovate.au/, between the 1st of September 2024 and the 30th of September 2024. The customer must complete Step 3 (‘Request a callback‘) and submit their details to be eligible.
Exclusions
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Entrants must be Australian residents.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted. If an entrant is suspected to have falsified additional entries or attempted to subvert the rules of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel any or all of their entries without notice.
